Women's Polytechnic in Patna, under BAJEE*

Respected members,
Assalam Aalaikum. The head of BAJEE (Bihar Anjuman's Jewels for Educational and Economic Empowerment) has submitted the following report and is currently discussing with senior people in Patna about how to proceed with the women's polytechnic project under the banner of BAJEE . We would need your suggestions and support without which the project may not move in the right direction.
We are grateful to Almighty Allah that we have people like Dr. Moiz Shams to lead us in such projects - he already has a plan under SALMA (Society for Alleviation of Misery and Agony) for a women's polytechnic. We wish and pray tha his dreams are translated soon into reality through Bihar Anjuman or otherwise.
Let's pool our resources for constructive purposes and move on, hand-in-hand together, with the sole purpose of pleasing Allah.

Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet said, "The one who looks after a widow or a poor person is like a Mujahid (warrior) who fights for Allah's Cause, or like him who performs prayers all the night and fasts all the day."  (Sahih Bukhari, Book #64, Hadith #265)

Two members of BAJEE conducted a survey in the Kurji area, a questionaniare was made as to the choice of training the girls/women want the options were

1 computer basics
2 adult education
3.tailoring /stiching/embroidery
4.papad making,mushroom/namkeen/achar making

almost all of the girls opted for stiching/tailoring and were very happy to know that we will offer the course in free.
