He is UK's top expert and
authority on environmental pollution. Few years ago he was awarded by the Queen
O.B.E. for his contribution.
A good friend of another legend conquering UK's hearts and
minds, Dr. Imteyaz Ahmad Khan (Chhapra), Dr Qadeer Khan is married to his first
cousin who is from a village called "Jalha" in Champaran district. So naturally
his mother (his wife's phoophi) is from the same place . His father was from UP,
employed in central government service .He was transferred to Maharastra where
they were educated, in Nagpur. So he is definitely 50% Bihari and his wife 100%
Bihari. His association with "Anjuman" is much much older than ours, as he did
his schooling from Anjuman High School Sudar, Nagpur. Well, he seems to be the
best candidate to be our torch-bearing Chief Patron .
Yes he made tremendous achievement in Science and he is the top most
acknowledged expert in environmental pollution in this country, always
sought-after by Media and Government agencies, House of Parliament and House of
Lords. It is a pleasure to see him on UK National TV when there is some
documentary about pollution and settled .
The best thing about him is that he likes to help people
in getting jobs (provided they are deserving), a man of word, very hard working
and in spite of all the achievements he is a very pleasant, humble courteous
person with great sense of humor.

off to him. May his success, determination and hard work inspire us all,
particularly the younger generation!
