“Resource Solutions &
Management”, a training organization, has been his brain child. In a short span of three years RSM has managed to create a client base which boasts of major corporate names. Under RSM itself he has created another brand “Beyond Schools” catering to the youth segment and the college students, preparing them for interviews and future corporate assignments.
He is also involved actively in the grooming and development of youth as a social activity. Has been conducting voluntary workshops regularly for the youth in Calcutta.
