Mr. Amresh Kr. Bhagat, the guest of honour, gifted the students Rs. 500/= as a token of encouragement.
Chief Guest, Dr. Darogha Thakur (BHMS), expressed his pleasure at this magnificent centre that takes care of the society's deprived classes. he urges the students to go for technical education after matric, so that they could contribute in enhancing the technological wealth of the country.

Janab Nooruz Zoha Sb. encouraged the students and advice them to cultivate the habits of reading good books.
Mr. Ajay Kumar told the students that education brings us from darkness to light. So get it attentively. If they pay proper focus to their education, with full sincerity and devotion, they could be tomorrow’s Malala and Abdul Kalam.
Janab Jamil Akhtar Sb, in his presidential address, stressed upon the importance of education and urged the students to follow the tradition of prophet (pbuh) strictly. He further urged empathically to the girl students to adopt “Parda”. Later, prizes were distributed to students. At last the programme went off smoothly with DUIYA KALAM.

Janab Aftab Ahmad "Äafu" advised the students to work hard and grow the habit of reading good books which may not be part of the syllabus but could change their lives. He urged the teachers to look into the consistently below-expectations results of the 9th grade students.

First of all, Janab Abu Md. Fakhruddin Sb and Janab Abrar Ahmad Sb, team leaders of RCC, and Maulana Atiqur Rahman Sb, welcomed Sayyed Saeed Ahmad Sb and thanked him profusely for coming all the way from Pune to gift some life-changing tips to the youth of this remote place.
After the brief messages of the hosts, Janab Sayyed Saeed Ahmed Sb distributed the awards to RCC students based upon RCC guidelines (3 categories, 18 total awards).

When Janab Sayyed Saeed Ahmed Sb started his special talk-cum-workshop, the students, guests, and guardians listened to him attentively so much so that they seemed to be spell-bound by the personality-developers action-based thrilling acts and motions.
As an introduction of his training program, Janab Sayyed Saeed Ahmed Sb, said, "There are two types of personalities - the good personality and the bad personality. If one wants to adorn the good personality, then it's mandatory for him to make Quran and Hadees as one's operational manual."

Janab Sayyed Saeed Ahmed Sb., in his talk, further said, "Our primary subjects are Quran and ahadees. Quran has more than six thousand ayahs, out of which some 150 ayahs guide us about Tauheed (monotheism). However, a huge number, almost 756 ayahs invite human beings to use their thinking faculties and wisdom. If our life is a play, then let's become the best players. And, if it is a test, then we must prepare well for this test, so that we come out of this test in flying colours. Considering this, there can be no doubts that our lives cannot become successful without following the Quran and ahadees most sincerely.

The ceremony, arranged in a haste to utilize the Bihar visit of Janab Saeed Sb, drew a large number of participants from the neighbouring villages.
On this auspicious occasion, apart from the general public, those who graced the occasion included Janab Advocate Mohd Abdullah Sb, Janab Nuruz Zoha "Aafo" Sb, Janab Maulana Abdul Hadi Sb, Janab Taj Sb, Janab Ehtasham Sadri Sb.

He urged the students to focus on strengthening their command on their mother-tongue (Urdu); this will help them easily learn other languages as well.
Janab Abrar Ahmad Sb urged the students not to mind the chiding they receive from teachers, team-leaders; the benefits of education can be availed by actually heeding to their advice. They should make wholehearted efforts to do better everyday.

Janab Nooruzzoha Sb, in his short speech, highlighted the importance of education, and stressed upon the mission of turning HEROES out of Zeroes in the RCC. He urged the students to put thwir trust in the Almighty, and keep themselves focused in the goal of reaching higher and higher, insha-Allah.
Janab Master Abdul Qaiyum Sb, in his inspiring talk, said appreciated the efforts of founders of this project, the sponsors, and all the committee members. He proposed his special thanks to Janab Abu Fakhruddin Sb, Janab Master Abrar Ahmad Arzoo Sb, and all the teachers for their devotion to transform the lives of the less priviledged sections of our society. He expressed his pleasure at the fact that significant progress has been seen in the students who attend the free classes in this RCC. He urged the students to develop the habit of waking up early in the morning, and spend all the time on learning.

Janab Qassim Salafi Sb, in his presidential address, stressed upon the value of time which must be spent only on good deeds. Bad deeds are always attractive; however, they lead to waste of this precious gift (time) from the Almighty. He further added, "There are many unfortunate members of our society who have no means to get their children educated; they are forced to engage their children in menial works. Your parents and guardians are truly fortunate as Allah has blessed them with this excellent facility to educate you. You must do everything possible to fulfill the dreams of your parents associated with your education. You must not mind the strictness of your teachers - they pressurise you for your own benefit; respect them for this." He said he was delighted to learn that six students of this RCC are now pursuing higher education after clearing competitive exams. Subhanallah! He urged all the current students to do better than those who have already succeeded and bring about best possible results in the competitive exams.

Janab Abrar Sb expressed his satisfaction at the progress of the RCC during the 9 months of its functioning. He expressed his anguish at the fact that 2 RCC students failed in the 10th board exam, and promised that there would be no failures in the next board exam, inhsa-Allah.
Janab Nooruzzoha Sb, in his short speech, shared the good news that 4 of the RCC students had achieved a major milestone by successfully competing in the MANUU polytechnic exam. He was hopeful that all the students from current 10th batch would achieve this distinction, next year, insha-Allah.

Mr. Navin Kumar, chief guest, commended Bihar Anjuman for their innovative way to utilising the talent and energy of Indian youth in productive areas so that they could not just help themselves, their families, but also help nurture a culture of education and progress. He announced that he would continue to pay Rs. 500 per month, and would rope in some more contributors to cover for the deficit in financing of this RCC which is helping this region immensely.
Janab Er. Shakeel Ahmad Sb, in his presidential address, congratulated the RCC Tajpur students who passed the 10th board exam and those who successfully competed in the MANUU polytechnic exam. He assured them that fees of every govt polytechnic student would be reimbursed, and monthly scholarship would be made available to all of them - even to those who are not from RCC Tajpur, but who cannot afford to pay for themselves. He thanked the RCC organizers, Tajpur Public School owners, teachers, and guardians of students for shaping the career of these students, thus contributing positively towards the country's economy.

He congratulated the RCC representatives for producing very good result for the 10th board students. He thanked the organizers for working hard to help the needy students of this rural area. He cited the example of a madarsa student getting tuition in this RCC, Naseemuz Zoha, who scored 75% score in the board exam. He has gone to Delhi to write the entrance exam for Jamia Millia polytechnic. Janab Rasool Sb appealed to everyone to pray for the success of this exceptional student.

6th Awards Ceremony [11-02-2011] @ RAHBAR Coaching, Samastipur


The program started with recitation of Quran, at 9am.
Janab Mohd Qasim Salafi Sb, headmaster of Tajpur High School presided over the ceremony.
Mr. Dilip Kumar, the officer in-charge (OC) of Waini Police Station and Jb. Maulana Tahir Husain Qasmi Sb, Headmaster of Madarsa Islamia, Shahpur Baghauni, graced the occasion along with other local dignitaries.
Jb. Sohail Sb, in-charge of coaching centre introduced the purpose of this coaching program in the biginning, and presented its details as the program progressed. He informed the audience that this program has been able to inculcate the much required sense of competitiveness in the students apart from bettering their performance.
In his address, Mr. Dilip Kumar stressed upon the importance of education, and urged the students to go for technical education so that they could contribute to the society at large.
Jb. Md. Qasim Salafi, in his presidential address encouraged the students to work harder with a focus on raising their worth.
19 students received the awards on this occasion, given away by the guests.

The 5th awards ceremony to reward the best performers of Free RAHBAR coaching centre in Madrasa Islamia, Shahpur Baghauni was presided over by the headmaster of Madarsa, Jb. Tahir Hussain Sb. Mr. Bal Krishna Yadav, the officer in-charge (OC) of Waini Police Station was the chief guest. Naila Anbareen of Grade-10, Naseemuz Zoha of Grade-9, and Fardeen Sahidi of Grade-8 received the top-performer awards from chief guest. Apart from these, the 2nd and 3rd position holders of each class and the best improvers also received the monthly awards.

Some Outstanding Performances at the coaching centre:
Classes commenced, at Madarsa Islamia, Shahpur Baghauni, in the district of Smastipur (Bihar), on 16th August 2009, which started after Patna centre had already started their classes on the 4th August 2009. Currently, a total of 83 students are being coached for the grades 8th, 9th, and 10th, out of which 52 are males and 31 females. Classes are conducted for 3 hours in the morning, before the students leave for their respective schools. The total number of students at the centre is much above the planned strength of 60 (20 in each class).
The breakdown of male and female students is presented in Chart-1.

A total of 6 Dalit Hindu students are also studying in this coaching centre. This makes Baghauni unique, as it is the only centre which has successfully implemented the policy of including the needy non-muslim students as well (with an upper cap of 15%).
The performance of some remarkable achievers are presented, below. Fortnightly tests have been conducted at the centre, to assess the progress of students, and the impact that the coaching has had on their performance. Images, below, capture the performance from six tests conducted on

Members of the management committee for Shahpur Baghauni centre:

a. Janab Master Masroor Sb, president of Madarsa Islamia, Shahpur Baghauni (in his capacity as the president of the madarsa) - he was chosen as the convenor of this committee. He belongs to Baghauni village, and teaches in a govt school.
b. Janab Sohail Ahmad Sb, secretary of Madarsa Islamia, Shahpur Baghauni (in his capacity as the secretary of the madarsa). He retired as Additional District Magistrate (ADM), as a member of Bihar Adminsitrative Services.
c. Janab Nizam Ahmad Sb, resident of village Bharokhra, and a member of the Samastipur District Board. He is also a member of the management committee in Madarsa Islamia, Shahpur Baghauni.
d. Janab Sadique Khan Sb, teacher in govt middle school, Rajwa village. He belongs to PUSA bazaar.
e. Janab Maqbool Akhtar Sb alias Munnu bhai, teacher in a govt school. He belongs to Koari village.
