RAHBAR Coaching Centre, Tajpur, Samastipur conducted its 9th Awards ceremony, on 6th May 2012, at Tajpur Public School, Tajpur.
The Award Ceremony started at 9:30 am with recital of the Holy Qura’n by Md. Munib, a student of RCC Tajpur.

First of all, Janab Abu Md. Fakhruddin Sb, team leader of RCC, extended his warm welcome to the guests and students, and introduced the aims and objectives of RAHBAR Coaching Centres for free coacing to Minority and Dalit Hindu students. Addressing the students of this RCC, he said that they are among the fortunate ones who spend their time in the best way, that is, in seeking knowledge - a wealth which no one could take away from them, which never gets lost.

Janab Nooruzzoha Sb also urged the students to focus on making themselves civilized and law-abiding, and keep away from all that Allah does not like.

Mr. Mukul Kumar Upadhyai expressed his happiness with the progress of RCC students and the kind of transformation in their behaviour and discipline. He urged them to continue on the path of progress.

First of all, Janab Abu Md. Fakhruddin Sb, team leader of RCC, extended his warm welcome to the guests and students, and introduced the aims and objectives of RAHBAR Coaching Centres for free coacing to Minority and Dalit Hindu students. He elaborated on the mechanism to clarify how this is the only way to stop drop-out of students. Co-convenor, Janab Abrar Sb, while addressing the students, asked them to work harder. He also informed them about the changes in timing of RCC classes.

The Chief Guest, Janab Mohammad Asif Sb, focused his address on the need of discipline and respect for the teachers and elders. "This is the only way to win respect for yourself and for your parents", he said.

In the end, Janab Alhaj Master Shabbir Ahmad Sb explained to the students why it was important to equip themselves with religious education along with the contemporary education. Instead of just being known as engineers or doctors, all of them should better be known as Muslim engineers or doctors. He also urged the students to pray 5 times without showing any laziness. Prayers alone can rid them of all the bad habits, and will be their guide through success. Prayers can make them succeed in this world as well as in the hereafter. He also mentioned that this RCC is a special blessing from the Almighty. Concluding his speech, he prayed for the well-being of all those who are contributing in providing free education through this project. After distribution of awards, the program concluded with dua-kalam.

The Chief Guest, Janab Prof. Mashood Hasan Sb, director of Delhi Public School, Tajpur (formerly, Prof. of Engg. College, Noida, Delhi) delivered an enchanting speech, motivating the students and teachers alike. He said that Islam is the first religion known to the world which gave special status to women. He elaborated on the idea that the mother is an institution of training while the teachers are endowed with the attributes of trainers. He advised the students to set their goals first, then work hard to achieve them. The best way to get to the goals is to review one's progress before the end of day, everyday.

Janab Abrar Ahmad, co-team-leader of this RCC, highlighting the importance of education told the students that knowledge is like an ocean in which one should willingly drown himself, but this is an art to pick the pearls of wisdom from the depth; this definitely requires training in related skills, and to acquire these skills so that they become really useful, one has to work hard with sincerity. Growing up without learning is meaningless, he said, and added that contemporary education along with Islamic education is the need of the hour. Janab Nooruz Zoha Sb encouraged the Students to target better result each time, because these are stepping stones to progress and achievement.

The chief guest, Mr. Naveen Kumar, up-Pramukh of Tajpur Block, praised the efforts of Bihar Anjuman while highlighting the importance and indispensability of education. He said that words would fall short in commending the magnificent light that members of Bihar Anjuman are spreading among the deprived sections of society. He expressed his deep sense of gratitude and fulfillment for making it possible for him to see the needy children of his society getting educated in this coaching centre of RAHBAR. He became emotionally charged while giving away the monthly awards to students like Ashok Kumar, Santosh Kumar and Ajay Kumar who were among the 18 awardees at this monthly awards ceremony. He donated Rs. 1,000/= from his own pockets for these awards.

6th Awards Ceremony [11-02-2011] @ RAHBAR Coaching, Samastipur


The program started with recitation of Quran, at 9am.
Janab Mohd Qasim Salafi Sb, headmaster of Tajpur High School presided over the ceremony.
Mr. Dilip Kumar, the officer in-charge (OC) of Waini Police Station and Jb. Maulana Tahir Husain Qasmi Sb, Headmaster of Madarsa Islamia, Shahpur Baghauni, graced the occasion along with other local dignitaries.
Jb. Sohail Sb, in-charge of coaching centre introduced the purpose of this coaching program in the biginning, and presented its details as the program progressed. He informed the audience that this program has been able to inculcate the much required sense of competitiveness in the students apart from bettering their performance.
In his address, Mr. Dilip Kumar stressed upon the importance of education, and urged the students to go for technical education so that they could contribute to the society at large.
Jb. Md. Qasim Salafi, in his presidential address encouraged the students to work harder with a focus on raising their worth.

Mr. Bal Krishna Yadav, the officer in-charge (OC) of Waini Police Station was the chief guest. Naila Anbareen of Grade-10, Naseemuz Zoha of Grade-9, and Fardeen Sahidi of Grade-8 received the top-performer awards from chief guest. Some Outstanding Performances at the coaching centre:
Classes commenced, at Madarsa Islamia, Shahpur Baghauni, in the district of Smastipur (Bihar), on 16th August 2009, which started after Patna centre had already started their classes on the 4th August 2009. Currently, a total of 83 students are being coached for the grades 8th, 9th, and 10th, out of which 52 are males and 31 females. Classes are conducted for 3 hours in the morning, before the students leave for their respective schools. The total number of students at the centre is much above the planned strength of 60 (20 in each class).
The breakdown of male and female students is presented in Chart-1.

A total of 6 Dalit Hindu students are also studying in this coaching centre. This makes Baghauni unique, as it is the only centre which has successfully implemented the policy of including the needy non-muslim students as well (with an upper cap of 15%).
The performance of some remarkable achievers are presented, below. Fortnightly tests have been conducted at the centre, to assess the progress of students, and the impact that the coaching has had on their performance. Images, below, capture the performance from six tests conducted on

Members of the management committee for Shahpur Baghauni centre:

a. Janab Master Masroor Sb, president of Madarsa Islamia, Shahpur Baghauni (in his capacity as the president of the madarsa) - he was chosen as the convenor of this committee. He belongs to Baghauni village, and teaches in a govt school.
b. Janab Sohail Ahmad Sb, secretary of Madarsa Islamia, Shahpur Baghauni (in his capacity as the secretary of the madarsa). He retired as Additional District Magistrate (ADM), as a member of Bihar Adminsitrative Services.
c. Janab Nizam Ahmad Sb, resident of village Bharokhra, and a member of the Samastipur District Board. He is also a member of the management committee in Madarsa Islamia, Shahpur Baghauni.
d. Janab Sadique Khan Sb, teacher in govt middle school, Rajwa village. He belongs to PUSA bazaar.
e. Janab Maqbool Akhtar Sb alias Munnu bhai, teacher in a govt school. He belongs to Koari village.
The incentives offered to the students and teachers of RAHBAR coaching centre, Patna, will be applicable to this centre, also.
