Quick Update on Bihar Anjuman’s Activities during March 2013

Bihar Anjuman’s chapter formed in holy city of Makkah MokarramaBy the grace of Allah swt, Alhamdolillah, on the initiative of brother Aijaz Haque Sb, founder of Jeddah chapter, a meeting convened for the purpose of forming this chapter (or reviving it afresh) started just after Juma’s prayers, as scheduled, on the 15th March 2013.
In its very first meeting, about fifteen brothers from Bihar and Jharkhand were present; three others called up to mark their attendance with a promise to be physically present in the next meeting in sha Allah. 
Brother Aijaz Haque Sb presented a brief introduction and objectives of Bihar Anjuman. Thereafter, all the attendees introduced themselves; they all promised to convey the message to all of their relatives and friends in and around the holy city. It is believed that in the 2nd meeting, members will increase automatically as advised by present persons; they promised to visit website www.biharanjuman.org  and try to attach with all brothers who belong to BIHAR & JHARKHAND.
In a very positive turn of events, in the 1st meeting itself, all the members proposed / suggested, and selected Brother MASUD KHAN, as Convenor of the chapter.
Brother Masud Khan is a very well-known social worker in the holy city
who has served the people alone, as well as with his team – the beneficiaries include known and unknown hujjaj-e-karaam as Lillah service. By the way, he was not present in the meeting, because his relative got admitted in Jeddah Alfaqih hospital. He had to rush to Jeddah in urgency. Brother Aijaz Haque Sb personally talked with him; he has Alhamdolillah accepted the proposal of the attendees of 1st meeting. Br Masud Khan sb is going on vacation on
21-March-2013 and he will come back after 40 days; he promised that he will try his best for BA Holy Chapter in Makkah (In sha Allah).
Br. Ahmed Ali sb, co-convenor of Jeddah chapter could reach the venue late, due to some problems; however, he could meet some brothers who were still present.

Chief Guest, Rahmat Murtaza Sb. will bear all expenses of admission in diploma engg, for the Board Exam topper of RHBAR Coaching Centre, Dhanbad @ Baghakuri, Kumardhubi – he announced at the 16th Awards Ceremony on 8th Mar 2013, in its own premises, near Jama Masjid: Special Invitees on the occasion    included Er. Abdus Sattar Sb., Jb. Muhammad Azad Sb., Er. Shahid Amin Sb., and Janab Muhammad Imran Sb.

Rahbar Coaching Centre, Kmardhubi, Dhanbad-16th Awards Ceremony 

The 16th Award distribution Ceremony of Rahbar Coaching Centre Baghakuri, Kumardhubi, Dhanbad was organized on 8th March 2013 at 08:00am. The program started with recitation of The Holly Quran. Students of class VIII & IX delivered lectures on the topic of importance of Education in life.
The chief guest Jb. Rahmat Murtaza Sb. was present to share his experience. He motivated the students to struggle hard. He announced that he will pay the expenses in admission to the student bringing the highest marks in Board Exam. 
Jb. Er. Abdus Sattar emphasized on the role of guardian in the life of student. According to him parents are the best teacher. Parents should be alert and be careful about their children’s activities.
Awards for the best performance, the best achievement and the best attendants were distributed by guests. The program ended with Dua.

RAHBAR Coaching centre Motihari: 18th Awards ceremony

Janab Saquib Ahsan sb. presented the Dars of Surah Al-Fateha. Explaining the Surah, he said, a man prays to the God for the right path. The man says, O’ God show us the right way, the way of those on whom thou has showered blessings, and save us from the ways of those Thou has disgraced. Then the God sends Quran to that person. The Quran is the correct guidance for those who wish to be guided by the God Almighty.
After the Dars of Quran, Jb. Mohammad Ali Umari Sb. presented the Dars of Hadees. In his Dars, he explained ahadith which highlight the importance of education.
At last, the chief guest, Jb. Haji Rafi Ahmad Sb., addressed the students and the guardians. Among many other things he said, he elaborated upon the fact that education is power. He added, "If you have the power of education, no one can ignore you nor bend you down in this society. Try to get the useful education, but you must be a muslim in the core of your heart, because education can become the light of your life if you seek and follow the guidance of Allah.
Finally, Dr. Mukhtarul Haque Sb., the co-ordinator of Rahbar Free Coaching Centre of Siswa unit announced that he would start the education of computer from this session in the Kulliah Aisha Suddiqua Insha allah. After the announcement of results, the awards were distributed by the chief guest. The programme was conducted by Janab Shamim Akhter Sb.; the program got concluded at 9:00am with Dua by Master Manir Sb.

Rahbar Coaching Centre, Chitarpur, Ramgarh-17th Awards Ceremony

The award ceremony started at 2:30pm with the recital of the holy Qur’an by Arbaz Khan , a student of Class VIII of Rahbar Coaching Centre, Chitarpur.  
Br. Ahmad Ullah Falahi, welcomed and greeted all the guests. After the inaugural speech, all invitees have told that education and technology has great relationship with each other . They have also told the students to encourage with morality.
Jb Ziya Ullah, the chief guest has told the students that I am very happy among you. In the present situation , there is a great importance of education. You will not consider the importance of education now, but you may know about it by your teachers. It is because, without education life is dark. There are many fields of education. I also associated with an educational institution, in which different courses have been run, and I met with different talented students. You will also need these fields in future. Now you are in lower classes , now you have only one field that somewhat your teachers teach and train , you must follow it. Who will study and labour hard for which all fields of education will be very easy insha allah.

RAHBAR Coaching centre Arwal: 24th Awards ceremony

The Award Ceremony started at 09.00 a.m. with recital of the Holy Qur’an by Md Zeshan Alam, a student of class IXth in Rahbar Free Coaching Centre, Arwal.
Md. Jawed Aslam Sb, introduced all the guests and invitees. He briefed the audience about Bihar Anjuman and Rahbar Coaching Centre. Then, he called upon Janab Shah Imran Sb. to advise the students.
Janab Sayeed Quraishi Sb., the Chief Guest, expressed his pleasure on being invited to this special occasion and thanked all the members of Bihar Anjuman for establishing and managing such an excellent centre. In his brief speech, he said, "Aptitude with attitude brings you very high. Disciple is also important with your knowledge. We should achieve good manners and remove bad manners. He urged the students to maintain discipline in this centre and take good care of their studies, with their focus solely directed towards acquiring knowledge."
Finally vote of thanks was presented by Janab Jawed Aslam Sb. on behalf of Bihar Anjuman to guests for coming to this function. The ceremony concluded at 11:30 a.m. with dua of Haji Alimuddin Sb.

17th Awards Ceremony @ RAHBAR Coaching Centre, Bhagalpur, on 10th March 2013at Fatima Girl's high School, Puraini village
As Chief Guest, Mrs. Rabiya Khatoon (Zila Parisad, Bhagalpur) and as Guest of Honour, Janab Md. Zarrar Akhtar Sb (Social Worker, Puraini) graced the event.
The ceremony started with the inaugural speech of Jb. Syed Ali Manzoor sb. (committee head). He congratulated the awardees and asked them to keep up doing hard labour to fulfil their dreams and bring respect and name to their families and society. The programme commenced with recital of holy Quran by hafiz Matiur Rahman sb.
After that, shortlisted students were distributed cash prizes by the chief guest and guest of honour. The students were selected in three categories - best academic performance, best improvement w.r.t. previous month, and best attendance.
RAHBAR Coaching Center, Bhagalpur: 17th Awards Ceremony   
The students were motivated by the guest speakers. The chief guest Mrs. Rabiya khatoon gave some valuable speech on value of education. She on behalf of the local population thanked Bihar Anjuman for the initiative of providing free coaching to students.   
Finally the vote of thanks was delivered by Jb. Ainul Hoda, (Retd. Engineer, member, RCC- BGP) and and committee head.
The ceremony concluded on the chorus recitation of “Lab pe aati hai dua ban ke” and distribution of sweets among the students and serving of refreshment to the guests.

33rd Awards Ceremony of RCC Muzaffarpur conducted on 10th March 2013 @ Hazrat Ali Academy, Chandwara: 
As Chief Guest, Janab Md. Ehtesham Hussain Sb., Retired Deputy Director, Social Securities (ADM, Bihar Administrative Service) graced the function, while among Special Invitees were Janab Mansoor Alam Sb., patron of RCC Muzaffarpur, Janab Kishore Sb., Janab Anil kumar sb, Janab Mustahasan sb, and Janab Azam Rahmani sb.

RAHBAR Coaching Centre, Muzaffarpur conducted its 33rd Awards Ceremony 

The ceremony started at 4:20 pm, with recitation of Quran, by Md. Afaque, a student of class 9th in RCC Muzaffarpur. Md. Ehsan sb. welcomed the guests and conducted the function. He introduced all the guests and invitees to the audience. He thanked all the guests for taking time out of their bust schedules for this occasion.
  
The Chief Guest, Janab Md. Ehtesham Hussain (Rtd. ADM), advised all students to concentrate on their studies because the future of community and country is on their shoulders. This could be achieved by doing hard work and remaining healthy for education physically and mentally. Attendance in the class room must be 100% and the aim for scores above 90%. Then, they will stand in today’s competition. He said, “You are lucky that Bihar Anjuman is spending so much money on your future. He gave last advice to outgoing students of grade 10 and wished them a great success.

Dr. Harishankar Mishra, Retired Government Physician associated with WHO and UNICEF graced 22nd Awards Ceremony of RAHBAR Coaching Centre, Gopalganj @ Hathwa, March 12th, 2013, at Iqra Public High School, Khas Tola
The 22nd Awards Ceremony of RCC, Hathwa, started at 4:00 P.M. with the recitation of the Holy Quran by Afida Parween, a student of Grade X. Thereafter the Chief Guest was given a warm welcome by the students.
Dr. Manoj Kumar welcomed and introduced the Chief Guest, Dr. Harishankar Mishra, and said that Dr. Mishra, who hails from Uttar Pradesh, superannuated as a Government Physician. He has been associated with various programs of WHO and UNICEF. Dr. Manoj said that it was a great opportunity to have him as the Chief Guest on the occasion of the last Awards Ceremony of the session.  He invited Hashmi to brief the guest about the activities and goal of Rahbar.

Rahbar Coaching Centre, gopalganj @ hathwa-22nd Awards CeremonyBesides introducing the guest to the mission of Rahbar, Hashmi presented an overview of the performance of the students. He also presented the amount that Rahbar has managed and expended in running this centre. The difficulties faced by the management committee in recruiting teachers were also discussed. All students were asked to get themselves prepared to face competitive exams of polytechnic. He said that five students have applied for the entrance exam of AMU. Rahbar will try its best to manage coaching classes for these students, he said. He further said that if a student competes in these entrance exams then the fees paid by him to the institutions will be reimbursed by Rahbar. He was hopeful that more students will come forward.
Dr Manoj invited the teachers of Grade X, Mr Arun Kumar and Mr Manoj Kumar Yadav. Both of them discussed the strategy of appearing in the Board exam and advised the students to take utmost care in filling up the required boxes on the answer-sheet. They also gave them some tips on solving objective questions. The prizes for best attendance and up-gradation were handed over to the students by these teachers.
Dr. Harishankar Mishra, the Chief Guest, gave away the prizes for performance in the class tests. He was surprised knowing that there is such an NGO that does work for the betterment of communities by providing free education. Addressing the children and the people present there, he said that he is more than happy by witnessing this selfless service for the people of this locality. None of them belong to this area, neither have they looked for the Govt. funds nor they believe in showbiz. Dr. Mishra narrated his experiences to work with some NGOs and said that most of them are merely “money-generating agencies” that improve themselves “financially” instead of working for the betterment of the society. He remarked that most of the NGOs working in Bihar run on paper only.  He was all praise for moderators of Rahbar and the sponsor of this centre too. He also gave some valuable suggestions to the students of Grade X and said that this is going to be the first turning point and milestone of their lives.
The program ended with dua by Jb Sharfuddin Ahmad, for the appearing students of the Board Exam, 2013. Br Tarique Anwar presented vote of thanks and invited the guest over a cup of tea

The ceremony was conducted by Md. Sahin Eqbal Sb.
The Chief Guest, Janab Md Shafiqur Rahman Sb. (A Social worker), appreciated the students of Rahbar coching. He was happy to note that the students were working hard to achieve the goals they have set for their lives.
The ceremony concluded at 5 pm; Janab Mohd Naseem Anwar Sb. delivered the vote of thanks.
