All RAHBAR-e-Banat students get one sweater + 1 set of school uniform

The students in this madarsa are from poor families, most of whom are not going to any schools or madrasas, at all. Therefore, zakah funds may be used to impart literacy to them. Yateem girls will be accommodated in a hostel which is the first building being built [structure of 3 floors are ready, thus 24 rooms can be used once finishing work is completed]. Hostel is planned to become functional by December 2012, insha-Allah, after completing the boundary wall.
You may donate (from any funds at your disposal) for:
(A) Sponsor construction cost for eisal-e-sawab and sadaqa-e-jaariya:

(a) construction of class-rooms (one classroom: Rs. 4 lakhs): total number of classrooms planned =  15 (architectural dwg @ http://bit.ly/eFUnHI)
(b) Finishing and furnishing of hostel rooms: Rs. 50,000 per room): total number of rooms planned = 24  (architectural dwg @ http://bit.ly/eFUnHI). Rooms are ready, finishing work is required. Furnishing of classroom is reqd (White Boards, benches, tables, chairs, grill in windows, plaster, painting, electrical works, fans, lights, etc.)
(c) Construction of a library-cum-reading room @ Rs. 5 lakhs + furniture @ Rs. 1 lakh
(d) Construction of the office room @ Rs. 3.5 lakhs + finishing + office furniture, almirah, locker, computer, printer, etc. @ Rs. 1.5 lakhs
(e) Construction of a dining hall, and a kitchen @ Rs. 6.0 lakhs + kitchen furniture and equipment,
(f) Hand pump for drinking water, Rs. 20,000/= (with platform), near hostel building – deep drilling is required, by the rock-driller.
(g) 2 Overhead water-tanks + 1 electric submersible pump + sanitary fittings, sanitary and plumbing work for hostel building’s bath-rooms on every floor, Rs. 2.5 lakhs (including inside finishing).

(B) Regular (monthly, quarterly, annual) contribution:
(a) Sponsor the principal’s salary @ Rs. 10,000 per month,
(b) Sponsor a teaching staff @ Rs. 5,000 to Rs. 6,000 per month. Currently, 5 teachers (2 male + 3 females) are teaching; one more lady teacher is about to be appointed.
(c) Sponsor a non-teaching staff (matron, peon, muhassil, etc.) @ Rs. 3,000 to 4,000 per month
(d) sponsor a student's expenses (non-resident): Rs. 200 per month.
(e) Sponsor a resident student’s expenses @ Rs. 800 per month (with food)

 Focus on Diploma Engineering Admission Tests marked the RAHBAR Coaching Centre, PATNA @ Phulwari Sharif’s 44th Award Ceremony, on 28th April 2013: Syed Mohammad Wasim Sb., Civil Judge, Godda, Jharkhand, was the Chief Guest on this special occasion, while Special Invitees included Janab Najmul Hassan Najmi Sb., Janab Md. Shoib Khan Sb, Janab Jameel Mazhari Sb, Janab Sajjad Ahmad, Teacher Science, Mr. Arun Kumar, Teacher Mathematics, Mr. Santosh Kumar, Teacher English, and Janab Anwar Sb., Teacher Social Studies.
 
RAHBAR Coaching Centre, Patna: 44th awards ceremony
The program at Najam High School started at 11 AM. with recitation of Quran by students.
Najmul Hassan Najmi Sb, president of united Education Welfare Association of India and co-coordinator of Bihar Anjuman welcomed the guests and introduced new students enrolled in grade-8.  The total number of students is 31 against prescribed strength of 20.   
Janab Enam Khan Sb explained to the students the new system of MANUU polytechnic admissions, and cancellation of Darbhanga as an exam centre. All the 11 students with 4 girls are gearing up to appear in the entrance exam at Hyderabad centre on their own expenses. Coaching for Polytechnic students is going on.  They will appear in Bihar polytechnic as well.
Janab Shoib khan sb has prepared a set of 500 sample questions and answers for aspiring Polytechnic students.  Five copies of bound books are available @ Rs.250/ in BA office at Patna.  Those coaching centers which wanted to have question/answer may contact BA manager Jameel Mazhari on mob 8409098612.
Janab Shoaib Khan sb explained the importance of these 500 questions. He assured students that if any one practiced these questions, then he/she may compete in Polytechnic exam anywhere in India. 
The chief guest, justice Wasim sb, narrated his school days of Hazaribgh, when he was going with jute rag to sit in the classroom, on the floor.  He is having 14 brothers & sisters. Now he is civil judge from that school which did not even have desks for the students.  He urged the students to do hard work to achieve his goal.

Janab Jamil Mazhari Sb, (Manager, RAHBAR), Janab Nooruzzoha Sb, Janab Abu Mohammad Fakhruddin Sb, Master Abrar Ahmad Sb, and Janab Md. Ehsanullah Sb. were among the students and guardians witnessing the mesmerizing experience of learning to make a success of life by improving their personality – when chief guest is Saeed Ahmad Sayed, renowned personality development trainer, everyone in the audience is bound to go through a life-changing transformational experience. The event was organized at the RAHBAR-e-Banat madrasa, in Rahimabad village, to share this experience with a larger audience.
 
The 20th Award Ceremony started at 10.30 am (time) with recital of the holy Qura’n by Janab Qari Mohd Ehsanullah Sb. Janab Abrar Ahmad Sb. thanked the guests and advised the students to work hard with just one aim of making a success of their dreams. An introduction of Bihar Anjuman and its flagship project of coaching-to-stop-drop-outs was presented by Janab Abu Mohd Fakhruddin Sb.
 
Jb. Saeed Ahmad Sayed, chief guest of the occasion, presented an exhilarating demonstration on how personality is the most essential ingredient for everyone’s success, how it can be groomed to become useful for this world as well as for the akhirah. He cited examples from ayahs of Quran which urge the servants of Allah to ponder over the world around them, and use their wisdom to take maximum advantage from the environment and the numerous blessings of Allah on the earth, in the skies, and between them.
Jb. Saeed Ahmad Sayed, later, distributed awards to the students of RCC, and the ceremony was concluded with Dua Kalam.

RAHBAR Coaching Centre, Hazaribagh @ Khirgaon, conducted its 18th Award Ceremony on 13th April 2013, in the hall of Millat Academy, Hazaribagh: Janab Abdul Majid sb. (Asst Teacher of Govt. High School, Hazaribagh) graced the occasion as its Chief Guest, while Special Invitees included  Janab Akhlaque Ahmad sb. (M.A, B.Ed, Asst. Teacher, Candid Public School, Hazaribagh) and Janab Akhtar Hussain sb. (Director, Millat Academy, Hazaribagh).
The programme began with the recital of the holy Quran by Roshan Jahan, a student of Grade X. Then a supplication in verse was presented by Saba Perveen of Grade X. After that different Naath-Shareef were presented by Sabra Perveen, student of Grade IX, Sabreen Parveen, student of Grade VIII, Ishrat Parveen, student of Grade VIII, and Saif Ali, student of Grade VIII.  
Rahbar Coaching Centre, Hazaribagh-18th Awards Ceremony 
The Guest of Honour,  Janab Akhlaque Ahmad Sb, spoke about the lagging behind of the muslim community in the pursuit of education. There are very few to be found in the first line of achievers in education. He clarified it by the instance that most of the guardians do not prefer education to be the first priority for their child. They held it as the secondary means for future building of their child.
The special invitee, Jb. Akhtar Hussain Sb., praised RCC teachers for providing quality education to the students. He approved his statements by describing about the 100% result of the students of the RCC of Grade VIII & IX in the Final Exams of the session 2012-13 in their respective schools. Besides they have the Exams with better percentage & ranks than before.
The Chief Guest Jb. Abdul Majeed sb. expressed his mirth in these words "Never before I have come through such an Educational Institution which is providing free Education in the real sense" He said that he would like to be a part of any of these kind of Institutions as far as possible.
After that prizes were distributed among Award-winning candidates. Mr. Parwez gave the 'Vote of Thanks' on behalf of the team leader and the programme concluded with Dua.

23rd Awards ceremony of RAHBAR Coaching Centre, Vaishali @ Jadhua, Hajipur conducted on 6th April 2013, at minority hostel.
Chief Guest on the occasion was Janab Mohd Haider Ali Sb, Ward Member, of Ward # 23, while Special Invitees included Janab Mohd Wahid Sb, Janab Mohd Aminuddin Sb (Ex. Teacher), Mr. Jaylal Ray [Government school Headmaster], Janab Mohd mran Sb, and Haji Mohd Mohiuddin Ahmad Sb. 
The Awards Ceremony started at 3 pm in the Coaching Complex based in the minorities hostel, with recital of the Holy Quran’s by Hafiz Hassan Raza Sb.

 
RAHBAR Coaching Center, Vaishali @ Hajipur: 23rd Awards Ceremony

Every speaker welcomed the new students of class 8 to the RCC, and urged them to be punctual in classes and fallow the path of their success with sincerity and seriousness.
The Vote of Thanks was delivered by Janab Mohd Azimuddin Sb, and the ceremony concluded at 4:40 pm.

IIM Kolkata MBA, Janab Anzar Alam Sb, Asst. General Manager at Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Ltd, Vizag graced as Chief Guest 24th Awards ceremony of RAHBAR Coaching Centre, Kishanganj on 26th April 2013, at Line Urdu Middle School (Bazm-e-Adam), Near Churipatti Chowk. Special Invitees on the occasion included Maulana Abuzar Nadwi, Businessman, Janab Ali Raza Siddiqui, Bureau Chief Qaumi Tanzim, Jawed Sarfrazi Sb, Businessman, and Anzar Alim Sb, Headmaster Line Urdu Middle School.
RAHBAR Coaching Center, Kishanganj: 24th Awards Ceremony 

This time the monthly award ceremony of Rahbar Coaching Centre (RCC) Kishanganj was special as Janab Anzar Alam sahab, one of the founder members of the coaching centre graced the occasion. The local committee members, teachers and students of the coaching were highly pleased over the presence of Anzar Alam sahab, who had taken the initiative to establish Rahbar Coaching Centre at Kishanganj run by Bihar Anjuman. An MBA from IIM (Indian Institute of Management) Kolkata, Anzar Alam is currently Asst. General Manager at Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Ltd, Vizag (Vishakhapatnam).
The award ceremony started as per Islamic rituals with recital of Glorious Qoran by Sabiha Naaz as student of RCC at 3 PM. The top performers for the month of March were given away awards by the Chief guests and other special invitees amidst claps of audience.
In his address to the gathering Janab Anzar Alam sahab highlighted the importance of education. He said if required the module of education might be changed along with theoretical studies the students should give attention to practical studies as well. This is not fair in fact wrong upto certain extent that most of the students study keeping in mind the marks but deep knowledge of subjects and clarity in concepts are also required. Students should also opt for degree oriented professional courses for getting themselves well settled with jobs. He had also thanked and appreciated Bihar Anjuman for doing wonderful job for financially weak Muslim students.
Maulana Abuzar Nadwi too thanked Bihar Anjuman in his speech and appealed to people for coming forward to run the Rahbar Coaching Centre smoothly in Kishanganj. Other speakers too focused on the need of education in life and lauded the efforts of Bihar Anjuman, teachers and local committee members. The award ceremony commemorated with vote of thanks by local leader Janab Nayeemuddin Qasmi at 4:50 pm.
